Responsibilities:
* Monitor and conduct quality checks across all contact channels to ensure exceptional service levels.
* Analyse recurring issues and proactively identify opportunities for change or retraining.
* Develop and maintain training resources and materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
* Coordinate recruitment activities and support the onboarding process.
* Implement a comprehensive training academy for new employees and process improvements.
* Provide performance visibility to relevant managers and offer regular feedback and coaching.
* Gather feedback and suggest process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
* Engage with the wider management team to understand priorities and drive performance.
* Implement coaching and mentoring initiatives to promote a first-time-right and extra mile service approach.
* Support the wider team in their development and progression.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a retail or customer service environment.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns and trends.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
* Proficiency in analysing data and producing reports.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in implementing training programmes and initiatives.
* Knowledge of quality management systems.
* Familiarity with retail operations and processes.
Technologies:
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
