Salary : £26,341.88 per annum rising to £27,132.14 after a successful 3-month probation period.

The Role:
We have a number of opportunities for Production Operatives to join the friendly team at our Leominster factory. The job entails carrying out a variety of factory skills safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to ensure production is maintained to the highest level. The role of Production Operative is wide-ranging and offers a great deal of variety with full training - you will be trained to operate the line (packing or process) complete daily routines, perform checks and report defects.
The working hours for the role are 4 on 4 off days and nights. 12-hour shifts 6-6.
This means you will work 4 dayshifts (6am-6pm), 4 days off and then 4 nightshifts (6pm-6am).
Due to our idyllic, rural location, you will need your own transport

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable) Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided) A good standard of literacy and numeracy in English The ability to take ownership and accountability The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative The ability to work independently as well as within a team
