The Business Admin Administrator role has a real responsibility, working on their own initiative to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal and external business partners.
Your role contributes to the efficiency of the organisation, supporting the sales process of asset financing and management, working with many teams, and resolving issues.

As a Business Admin Apprentice in our Finance department, you will;
·Undertake a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary.
·Support the Commercial and Funding Coordinator in their wide-reaching day to day role completing the sale of Crown’s assets to third party funding partners, developing an understanding of office procedures through on the job training.
·Use of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
·Learn Crown administrative procedures, and how to use in house and partner software.
·Part of what we do is to arrange sales of Crown Equipment to Customers who opt to use third party leasing companies.This role will:
oCollate data and documents to ensure a smooth sales process, working with the Sales team, Sales Admin team and other departments.
oAssist with queries from the business about any live agreements.
·Crown also will purchase back trucks that have ended their leases.This role will develop to:
oSupport relationships with the Sales Teams to ensure that assets are brought back into Crown ownership on a timely basis.
oEnsure that assets now owned by Crown are recorded correctly.
·Ensure traceability of documents through review and support the management of filing of documents correctly and on a timely basis.
·Assist in raising manual invoicing to business partners relating to maintenance contracts, supporting the finance team in ensuring that accounts are kept in order.
·Build relationships and maintain regular contact with stakeholders, keeping them fully updated in relation to any changes that will affect the sale process.
·This role is expected to evolve over time, taking on more responsibilities as skills are developed.
Person Specification
Essential Skills:
·You must be willing to learn and can follow instructions.
·You must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
·Friendly and able to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
·A*-C / 4-9 grades or equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum.
·I.T. literate and familiar with Microsoft “Word”, “Excel” or equivalent software.
·Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
·Highly motivated
·The ability to work as a team member and possess good interpersonal, communication and literacy skills.
·To be able to prioritise workload and work under own initiative.
Desirable Skills:
·No prerequisite experience required but a desire to be part of a successful team and possess a great work ethic.
