Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a primary school in the Rainham area who are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Admin assistant.
Your daily duties include:
1. welcome visitors to the school and deal with their enquiries
2. answer the phone
3. administration relating to pupil attendance
4. manage email/post
5. use IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters
6. monitor school supplies
7. keep financial records
8. keep paper and electronic records up to date
9. use reprographic equipment
10. order resources, pay invoices and bank cash
11. send key educational data about the school to the Department of Education or equivalent
Skills and experience you will need:
1. excellent spoken and written communication skills
2. methodical and well-organised
3. Admin experience
4. SIMs experience desirable
5. able to relate well with pupils, teachers and parents
6. able to prioritise work
7. to be thorough and pay attention to detail
