We have 3 opportunities for Trainee Recruitment Consultant’s to join their ranks this year as they trigger stage 1 of their exciting growth plans. They operate within the finance & accounting and HR sectors, recruiting candidates at all levels of seniority and the team describes itself as ‘unapologetically ambitious’ They are currently a team of 6, with the founding Director being experts in their fields and have come together to build a business with a totally fresh and engaging approach, it’s a very exciting opportunity if you are an ambitious graduate. You’ll learn from the best as al of the leadership team are still ‘on the tools’, have exposure to skills beyond your experience level, and have a lot of fun along the way. The Role To equip you with the best chance of success, the business provides a comprehensive 6 month graduate academy, covering all of the modules required to build the skillset of a successful, high earning recruiter. The training is fluid and will be delivered in a way to match how you learn best. You will be recruiting into similar markets as the more senior team so you will also have the opportunity to learn through observation and shadowing, whilst giving it a go yourself. Useful to know You will spend the first 6 months in a candidate resourcing role to immerse yourself in the sector and learn the intricacies, trends and terminology whilst building confidence and a network of your own You have an incredible ‘tech stack’ with the company spending over £100k a year for you to be able to do your job effectively 4 days in the office 1 from home (come in more if you like) The hours are flexible – they trust you to get the job done Your development and work satisfaction is a number 1 priority to the whole leadership team. Package £26,000- £28,000 base salary Commission 40% for 360 consultants and £500 per deal for resources (from day 1) 30 days holiday bank holidays and closed for 3 weeks over Christmas Private Health MacBook and all hardware provided The Ideal candidate A genuine interest in recruitment and sales based roles where you earn money through commission NO FEAR - happy to give anything a go, will talk to anyone and able to hold a conversation with senior professionals Coachable- you seek feedback and are hungry to learn Proactive - you must be able to evidence you have a naturally proactive nature and make things happen for yourself, you don't wait for things to come to you Creative- finding new ways to get results and interested in podcasts, events and video content Humble - no room for egos, just confident, hardworking ambitious people Entry Level- We are looking to develop a career from scratch, a degree is not necessary it is all about attitude, aptitude and potential.
