We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager, to join our growing team and help us expand our client base.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with new business opportunities for Quadzu. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, understanding their workforce challenges and demonstrating how our solution can help meet their business goals and address the challenges they face. construction, education and healthcare) through cold outreach, networking and other lead generation strategies.
Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using our CRM tool to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.
Collaboration : Work with the marketing and development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from lead generation to post-sales support.
Proven Experience : 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS or workforce management space (experience in selling HR/Recruitment Applications, payroll, or time-tracking solutions is a plus).
Tech-Savvy : Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate software products; A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and business success.
CRM Proficiency : Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
Full UK Driving License
