They are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team and play a critical role in supporting the success of people's practices.As an HR Advisor at Trees for Life, you will take the lead in advising line managers in the recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day advice and guidance to line managers and staff, ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently. Additionally, you will lead on recruitment, conduct inductions, and ensure accurate employee records are kept up to date.The ideal candidate will have a CIPD accreditation or equivalent HR qualification, proven work experience as an HR Advisor and looking to move into a charity or an HR Coordinator or Assistant or officer that has 5 years worth of experience and looking for their next step! A working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. You should have strongmunication and relationship-building capabilities, be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and have a blend of coaching and advisory skills.This is a permanent, full-time role, with a starting salary of £32-35k. You will be working in a hybrid approach, with the ability to work remotely from home, as well as from different Trees for Life offices/locations as and when required.
