An exciting and popular accessories retailer located in the Newhaven area are looking for an assistant merchandiser. This company acts as a supplier to several big retailers and its products are present within various stores across the UK. This role will be hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
The main responsibility in this role will be to support the senior merchandiser. This will consist of ensuring that the department has appropriate stock levels to meet sales and profit targets. You will also be responsible for producing, analysing, and presenting reports to express ways in which productivity can be maximized whilst increasing profits.
The ideal candidate will be an effective planner who has experience with exposure to the WSSI and is familiar with the end-to-end merchandising process. You will also need to be comfortable with presenting ideas and findings to team members.
The salary is paying up to £31,000.
