Working as a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for securing new property listings, providing expert advice to sellers, and overseeing the sales process from appraisal to listing all the way through to securing a buyer and overseeing the progression of the sale.

This is a full-time role with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet client needs and sales targets.
Your duties will include:
1. Conducting accurate property valuations to attract new listings.
2. Preparing and presenting professional property appraisals for potential sellers.
3. Advising clients on realistic pricing strategies based on current market trends.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and vendors.
5. Providing expert advice on preparing properties for sale, including market presentations and staging.
6. Communicating regularly with clients to update them on the progress of their sale, feedback from viewings, and market changes.
7. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful sales.
8. Assisting the Sales Manager with performance reviews and setting team objectives.
9. Contributing to weekly sales meetings with insights on new listings, sales pipelines, and local market activity.
10. Working towards branch and personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
11. Actively generating new business through networking, referrals, and follow-ups with potential clients.
What you will need to succeed as the Senior Sales Negotiator:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Lister or in a similar senior sales role within the property industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of the property market in England.
3. Excellent valuation and negotiation skills.
4. Proven track record of securing property listings and closing.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously.
7. Leadership and mentoring skills.
8. A proactive and driven attitude towards meeting sales targets and generating new business.
9. A full UK driving license is required.
