We are working with a Logistics company seeking a Filing Clerk to join their team on a part time basis.
The role will be working 3 days per week.
Responsibilities;
* Organise and maintain office records accurately.
* Streamline document filing process
* Ensuring files and paper are in required locations
* Ensure records of filed documents are maintained
* Organise and archive any records and documents
* Use numerical systems to organise paper and electronic record documents
* Process requests for files and data
* Perform data entry tasks
* Responsible for taking original paperwork to HMRC customs office

* Experience working in a office environment
