We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join the Data to be a part of the new exciting Consumer operating model and help us craft how we build capabilities through the software development lifecycle. You’ll be in control of building this capability in partnership with your colleagues in Product, Engineering and BI & Analytics. You will be accountable for the coordination and alignment of Digital Data initiatives which deliver across these areas and programme-led activity across the Consumer operating model and beyond. You will need to be hands-on and goal-oriented with tried experience across agile delivery practice.
You will report into Head of Delivery in Data. Success in this role means that you must be able to think strategically and effectively develop key processes that facilitate planning and execution. This position requires good technical knowledge, cross-functional coordination at all levels and the ability to manage in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
You will be accountable for driving multiple Data squads in planning and delivering the vision, strategy & objectives both within Data and across the Consumer organisation.
As a Delivery Manager in Data, you'll be a part of a connected team of delivery managers providing agile delivery capability supporting a variety of Data teams by providing in-situ delivery support and leadership.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. confident at presenting concepts and ideas to a wide range of contributors having strong commercial competence and ability to structure delivery within a framework that clearly augments the financial and operational goals of the team
2. Good technical Acumen and experience working on Cloud based projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
3. Good understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and distributed computing platforms.
4. Experience of working across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a multifaceted fast paced environment.
5. Proven experience applying Agile principles into real world practices that work for the teams they support.
6. Proven experience in working for a fast-paced product-led tech business

7. Familiarity to BI and Analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau etc.
8. Experience working alongside senior partners
9. Mentoring / coaching others whilst leading teams via influence and persuasion
