Key Responsibilities:
* Managing customer accounts and overseeing credit control processes
* Chasing overdue payments and resolving invoice disputes
* Liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth payment processes
* Ensuring accurate financial records are maintained
* Reporting on aged debt and cash flow
* Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
