Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
* Leading a team of baristas and shift managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their performance and career growth.
* Assisting with inventory management, forecasting, and ordering supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
* Fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or hospitality management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment like Starbucks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
