Grafton Banks Finance are supporting a Crawley based client with a temporary Accounts Assistant on an ongoing basis. This role will be responsible for supporting the finance team by managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with the organization’s financial procedures.
This role will involve:
* Processing invoices, coding, matching etc.
* Supplier statements and reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Raising invoices and ad hoc support to the credit control team
* Month end journals, and supporting with month end closures
* Ad hoc project support and various finance administration duties
Our client is looking for:
* Someone with prior experience in a varied finance role, involving purchase ledger/accounts payable, credit control, reconciliations and month end support.
* Available to start on immediate notice
* Ability to commute to Crawley offices
