Finance Assistant / Full time / Permanent / £32,000
My client, a growing business in their field, has an opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join them on a full-time basis in their Kent office. You should be an experienced Finance Assistant with strong abilities across book-keeping and financial administration, alongside being organised and having strong attention to detail.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring supplier accounts are maintained by posting and verifying invoices
* Assist the Finance Manager with supplier payment runs
* Process sales invoices
* Assisting with bank reconciliations, general queries and credit control
* Monthly payroll preparation
* Credit card reconciliations
* Processing staff expenses
* Assist the finance manager with any other ad hoc duties ensuring financial records are maintained and kept up to date
Essential Skills:
* XERO Accounting Software experience is desirable
* At least 5 years of experience of working in a similar role
* Strong communication skills
* Good attention to detail and strong Excel skills
Package:
* £32,000 annual salary
