Requirements
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential
8. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
9. An enhanced DBS on the update service
10. Minimum of 3 Months teaching experience in the UK
11. Experience of teaching science in KS3 and KS4
12. Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
13. Enthusiasm for professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community
Responsibilities
14. Play a key role in developing the science curriculum, integrating cutting-edge resources and innovative teaching methods.
15. Innovate and think creatively in delivering the curriculum
16. Ensure students are working towards objectives and the science curriculum
17. Facilitate real learning experiences for the children
18. Manage the classroom to support all students' learning needs.
19. Assess student progress through various methods and regularly update on student progress
20. Build rapport with your students and other members of the science department
21. Ensuring safety and well-being of students is a top priority
