Robert Half is the world's largest Finance & Accountancy Recruitment Specialist, with over 360 offices spread across our global network. We are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our centrally located Leeds office to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans for 2024.
The Role
Working in a combined capacity of Sales and Candidate attraction, typical duties of a Senior Recruitment Consultant are:
1. Business development activities with existing and new clients
2. Generating and attending client meetings to establish and build long-term working relationships
3. Using social media to identify and engage with candidates
4. Interviewing and assessing the skills of candidates
5. Providing shortlists for client job briefs
6. Canvassing high value candidates to existing and new client networks
7. Managing multiple deadlines within a fun, lively and target driven environment.
Your Profile
While previous recruitment experience is advantageous it is not essential, and we are open to speaking to candidates with the following:
8. Prior experience in a client facing role, selling products or services via Teams and in Person
9. Target driven individuals who are motivated to earn commission.
10. Team players who enjoy collaborating with colleagues in person
11. Strong communicators, willing to spend time with clients both socially and professionally
12. Quick learners, who enjoy learning new skills from proven performers
