The Role
1. Working as part of the Integrated Client Services team, working mainly on medical education but also using the agencies advertising capabilities to support your clients.
2. Autonomously lead and be accountable for a portfolio of client business.
3. Strong leadership pf clients, ensuring to always be one step ahead!
4. Having a deep knowledge of your client’s business and any external factors that might impact them or their projects, informing them and working together to counsel them.
5. Pitching for new business and responsible for growing accounts as well as looking for opportunities out with existing clients.
6. Inspire, motivate, and support the leadership team.
7. Accountable for the team meeting the clients expectations in terms of quality, speed and understanding of work.
8. Identifying training needs across the business, as well as coaching other line managers.
9. Understanding internal and clients P&Ls
10. Ensuring profitability of your accounts, being aware and taking steps to minimise any problems.
11. Sign off budgets.
12. Being an ambassador for the agency and promoting the agency and its capabilities externally.

13. Experience in a professional environment within a healthcare communications agency at AD looking to move up or already at SAD level.
14. The ability to prioritise, being mindful of deadlines and string attention to details, being structured,
15. Excellent business communication ability, presenting internally and externally.
16. Experience in strategy development and execution of programs globally as well as local.
17. Ability to analyse and draw actionable insights from data/research.
18. Able to explain high science of clinical trials/products to audiences of different knowledge levels.
19. Must be able to encourage professional development of direct reports and influence other internally teams.
20. Confident when managing upwards when required, communicating with managers when deadlines may not be met, or any issues arise.
21. Positive thinker who can adapt. Innovate and work well under pressure.
