We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to provide Project support for the ongoing delivery of our Automotive projects.
Responsibilities
Day to day project tracking against budget
Providing reliable and comprehensive reports to the team
Accurately maintain records and databases
Support with the allocation of budgets
Follow Expleo Business Processes to ensure compliance
Raising Purchase Orders and matching payments
Chasing outstanding invoices
Checking and chasing Engineer timesheets
Full life cycle project administration to support a busy engineering teamEssential skills
A pro-active self-starter with excellent attention to detail
Detailed knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Teams
A strong administrative background
You will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Project Management qualifications such as APM or Prince 2 is not essential but would be an advantageExperience
