Content Manager
Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for content and design? Do you have a knack for crafting compelling, SEO-rich content that elevates brand presence across digital channels? Pareto is seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead our digital content strategy, spearhead our thought leadership programs, and drive innovative content across all mediums.
As the Content Manager, you will be at the forefront of Pareto's content marketing efforts, collaborating with the wider Marketing and Communications Teams to deliver high-impact content that resonates with our target audience. You'll manage the entire content creation process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring that all materials align with our brand guidelines and strategic goals.

1. Content Development & Strategy:
2. Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality content across all digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
3. Oversee the global Inbound content program, adapting and elevating content for regional use.
4. Develop and execute an authoritative thought leadership content program.
5. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to produce sector-specific content and insights relevant to our markets, clients, and prospects.
6. Content Creation & Management:
7. Produce and edit a wide range of content, including blogs, brochures, email templates, and event materials.
8. Support the creation of case studies, testimonials, presentations, and sales support materials.
9. Work closely with Communications colleagues to develop media messaging, statistics, and subject matter.
10. Ensure all content is optimized for search (SEO) and aligned with targeted keywords.
11. Collaboration & Leadership:
12. Partner with freelancers for video and digital content creation.
13. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital trends and platforms, always staying ahead of the curve.
14. Analyze competitors and pitch new content ideas to the Marketing and Communications Teams.
15. Support awards submissions by collaborating with Communications and Marketing colleagues.
16. Performance & Reporting:
17. Implement measurement methodologies to demonstrate ROI and content impact.
18. Present and pitch content strategies and ideas to senior stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes:
19. Proven experience as a content writer/creator in a fast-paced environment.
20. Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
21. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and finding new ways to deliver better results.
22. Extensive experience in digital content creation and social media management.
23. Strong knowledge of social media marketing and brand development.
24. Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
25. Self-motivated and driven to take on greater responsibilities and develop your career.
26. Confident in your abilities with strong presentation and pitching skills.
27. Strong management and reporting skills.
28. Collaborative and inspiring team player with a “can do, will do” attitude.
29. Experience with HubSpot and Content Management Systems is highly desirable.
