Brief Outline
Scope:
Our client is looking for a vibrant business development manager/technical sales person to join their team!
This is both an office and field-based sales role. The company sales team have a clear emphasis on the development of fall protection solutions to significantly increase direct sales growth on all our fall protection products and services. The responsibility for sales forecasting and plan execution are also key aspects of this role, as is the development of detailed plans to support the development of fall protection solutions sales and key relationships.
You will be required to generate your own sales from quoting and following up opportunities from our live project pipeline as well as prospecting for new business in assigned sectors, specific end users. You will be required to strategically target relevant industrial sectors as well as adopting company specific techniques to target potential new, existing and dormant customers.

The company has been providing safe access solutions since 1991 and is now recognised as a highly competent and experienced company operating primarily in the field of work at height, this includes surveying, evaluating, installing, training and recertifying work at height equipment.
About the Role
Your Role will focus on 4 key areas:
1. Fall protection products and services sales growth
2. End user sales growth
3. Building repeat customer relationships
4. Maintaining and growing profit margins
About the Candidate
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
1. The delivery of Personal Sales target.
2. Reporting of daily sales and quotations.
3. An active ownership of key accounts and contracts across the Group with a focus on new business generation.
4. Generate enquiries from sales calls and fully utilizing lead generation systems.
5. Produce quotations from customer’s enquiries based on relevant design standards.
6. Follow up your quotations and record feedback on the project tracking data base.
7. Attend monthly review meeting to analyze results and feedback to improve future performance and conversion rates etc.
8. Attend site if required to survey for quotations.
9. The development of major new accounts, major contractors, installers and end users.
10. All other tasks within the Sales Development area as requested by the General Manager.
