About the job
Data Processing Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of CGA services by ensuring that harmonisation (matching) of data and classification of dictionaries is completed in line with CGA’s world class standards. Each analyst is assigned to a specific CGA territory and practice area, but works collaboratively within the Data Preparation team to make sure dictionaries are maintained accurately, data integrity is sustained at a high standard, and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
* Matching on-premise large and varied datasets to our in-house global dictionaries.
* Ensuring the quality and accuracy of CGA services by ensuring that harmonisation (matching) of data and classification of dictionaries is completed in line with CGA’s world class standards.
* Working collaboratively within the Data Preparation team to maintain dictionaries accurately.
* Completing daily QC processes on matched data.
* Working towards weekly and monthly delivery deadlines.
* Liaising with team members and other departments via Teams chat/calls, emails, and office meetings.

* Ability to work as a team as well as on own initiative.
* Effective communication skills for dialogue with colleagues.
* Timely and professional response to emails and queries, escalating for support where required.
* Nice to have: Proficiency in another language.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Well organised.
