Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team in Newbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support and education to a small class size of between 4 and 6 KS2/3 students with complex Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEND.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional well-being.
* Collaborate with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
