Lusona is working exclusively with our client in the south side of Glasgow to recruit a contract support administrator.
Accountabilities:
Provide high quality administrative support for the Contracts Group
Production of documents O & M Manuals, Quality Dossier, Drawings, Safety Signage etc
Produce purchase orders using in house data base
Produce invoices using in house data base
Dealing with supplier invoice queries
Inventory movement
Data collection and reconciliation
Updating reports and issuing
Arrange travel, accommodation and car hire
Liaise with external suppliers
Knowledge and Experience:
ERP System
Good knowledge of Data Bases
Good knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
Person Specification:
Flexible approach
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous administration experience essential min 10 years
Good negotiating skills
Good problem solving skills
Solution focused
Shows attention to detail
