We are now seeking a Group Property Support Officer to join our team. This exciting new role will support our Group Estate Manager, ensuring efficient and timely administration.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Order Management: Review quotes, raise purchase orders, and assist in the valuation process, ensuring invoices are matched and forwarded for payment.
* Email and Inbox Management: Filter and manage emails on behalf of the Group Estate Manager, maintaining the property estate inbox for efficiency.
* Property Compliance Tracking: Manage the property compliance spreadsheet, ensuring all depots are up to date with necessary certificates, including electrical, gas boiler servicing, and roller shutter maintenance.
* Location Support: Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries related to property locations.
* EV Charging Point Co-ordination: Assist in coordinating the installation and management of electric vehicle charging points across various group locations.
* General Administration Support: Provide ongoing administrative support to the Estates Manager as needed.
* O&M Manual Development: Assist in the creation and development of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for each location.
* Booking Accommodation for the Group Estate Manager
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in a similar role within the construction or a related field.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
You should be proactive, capable of working independently, and confident in suggesting improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency.
