The client isseeking a dedicated and experienced Group HR Manager to join theirteam, ensuring employees thrive in a supportive and fulfilling workenvironment. Due to the client managing multiple sites, the rolecan be worked in Chelmsford or Braintree with hybrid workingavailable, the client is offering a salary of up to40,000.
What Does the RoleEntail?
As the Group HR Manager,you will be in a pivotal role in supporting the employee experienceacross all six venues. You will be responsible for developing andimplementing HR strategies that align with business goals,fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuringcompliance across the business. You will oversee all aspects of HRfrom hire to fire, including recruitment, onboarding, performancemanagement, employee relations, and supporting the payroll team.You will be a strategic thinker who can also manage the day-to-dayHR activities, ideally with an understanding of the hospitality andwedding industry.
What Skills WillYou Have?
You will ideally haveproven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within thehospitality, events, or service industries. You will haveexperience across the full HR remit and ideally an understanding ofHarri HR, payroll, and time and attendance systems. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills are key, as you will buildstrong relationships with employees at all levels. You should beboth strategic and operational, capable of balancing long-term HRplanning with day-to-day management tasks. Experience managing HRacross multiple sites or venues is a plus, as is a solidunderstanding of the hospitality and weddingsectors.
