Role: Childrens Services Manager
Circa Salary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Newcastle, Tyne and Wear
Contract/Hours: Permanent – Full Time – 37 hours a week

A bit about the role:
You will lead a multi-agency team providing Early Help services to children and families in the North of Newcastle. This is an exciting, varied and creative role which works with key partners across Children and Families Newcastle to make a real difference to the lives of children and families. Alongside three other Locality Leads, you will lead the locality response to children, young people and families across Newcastle, designing and developing services and interventions to support the needs of that you see emerging.

6. Manage and lead a team of professional Early help and support staff.
7. Develop and establish effective working relationships with our key partners across Children and Families Newcastle – Social workers, education, health as well as children and parents themselves

9. Manage buildings and hubs to support service delivery

13. Experience in managing family support and parenting services, including co-design with children and young people.

15. Experience of analysing data and management information to support continual service improvement and development.
