Role
:
1. Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
2. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements weekly, monthly, quarterly.
3. Handling Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger, ensuring prompt payment processing and credit notes
4. Supporting Head of Finance with Credit Control
5. Make construction contract applications for payment
6. Job Costing
7. Accruals, prepayments, stock take/processing/valuations
To apply for this role, you should have:
8. Previous PL & SL experience
9. Previous experience in preparing financial reports
10. Experience working with accounting software and MS Excel.
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
13. A proactive attitude
