Purpose of Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance service and small projects across a multi-site defence contract in London.
Job Description
The Facilities Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our maintenance service covering Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, Mechanical / AC service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery. This will be predominately sub-contract delivery with some internal headcount, you would be responsible for managing subcontractor performance, site compliance while being pivotal in developing an excellent client relationship. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have previously worked on a facilities or service-driven contract..

Essential Qualifications/Skills
•Experience of managing an engineering team
•Experience of managing client expectations
•Experience of managing small projects up to £100k
•Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
•Good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
•Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
•SMSTS & IOSH Tech
