Religious Studies Teacher (Full-Time) – Start Date: November 4th 2024

Teaching Personnel is pleased to be supporting a well-regarded school in their search for a committed and enthusiastic Religious Studies Teacher to join their team from November 4th. Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Religious Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 teaching experience is desirable but not essential).
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help students reach their potential.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation and curiosity.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Humanities department to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities, including clubs, workshops, and academic competitions.
* Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and school leadership regarding student progress and any concerns.
Candidate Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant field and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching Religious Studies at secondary school level.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Have a passion and commitment to helping students achieve their best.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
