What do PR Account Managers at BWP do? This pivotal role is responsible for delivering effective and creative PR and influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and communicate our clients’ key messages. You will assume overall responsibility for the development and implementation of specific campaigns for your clients, whilst supporting our PR Account Director on larger campaigns. AM responsibilities include: Strategy development & implementation - working with the wider PR, social and creative team to develop and implement effective PR and communication strategies. Campaign management and planning - proactively suggesting new and innovative ways to reach the audience through PR and comms. Campaign delivery - Overseeing the day-to-day support, administration and delivery of account work by AEs. Campaign reporting & debriefing - Delivering meaningful reports that demonstrate ROI and future recommendations. Financial management - Assuming overall responsibility for budgeting and profitability of specific campaigns. Client management - Building strong and productive client relationships with high levels of mutual trust and respect. People management - Managing and developing the Account Execs who work on your accounts. Please note Our PR team are not responsible for delivering social PR campaigns. Our dedicated social team take the lead on that. So if social PR is your background and passion, you may wish to pursue other roles instead. What do I need to showcase in my CV to stand out? We're looking for a multi-skilled PR professional with at least 3 years of demonstrable PR experience (with at least 2 years of that being within an agency). Experience of both B2B AND B2C PR is essential as you will have clients across both skillsets. Experience working in the retail, fashion, lifestyle and/or commercial property sectors will also stand you in good stead We're looking for someone who: Has been taking the lead on medium-sized accounts and is capable of producing client-worth work with little or no amends from an AD. Has learnt the skills of delivering through others and mentoring junior team members to help with the delivery of day-to-day account support and admin. Isn’t afraid to challenge clients or briefs.
