At Thrings we’re extremely proud of the relationships we have built with our clients; being seen as their trusted legal partner so it’s important that we match that internally with the people we recruit. This is why we see being able to build rapport, relationships and being a team player as important qualities for the person coming in to do this role. Ideally you will have experience of working in a law firm or a professional services environment, even better from a Private Client background, but we recognise that there are lots of highly organised, driven individuals who are keen to learn new skills in a new role. If you like a challenge, are used to working under pressure and would like to work with a dynamic team that deals with interesting and varied work for a wide range of clients this could be the role for you.
You will need to feel comfortable to work with us and manage the demands on your time and those of the team who often work to tight deadlines. We practice in a number of areas of Law and the expertise across the business is vast. No two clients work in exactly the same way which means we adapt our ways of working so we can get the best from the relationships. This means that the person who comes in to fulfil this role will need to be adaptable to support this.
If this role sounds interesting, and you have a passion for providing a great service to our clients and internal colleagues, we’re look forward to hearing from you!
