Our client is recruiting a Conference and Banqueting Manager for their luxury venue near Northampton. You will oversee and lead the Dining Room & Conference & Events team on a daily basis, You will ensure excellent customer service levels at all times and plan and rota your teams for future events.

The Role -
* Reporting to the General Manager
* Responsible for all conference and banqueting and dining activity
* Managing Events
* Training and development of your team
* Rotas and payroll
The Person -
* You will already have experience of working in C&B and running a restaurant service
* A team player able to develop your people
* Flexible and adaptable to ensure high levels of guest service.
* A stable work history is essential.
* Your own transport is required due to loaction
