Main duties of the job
Responsiblefor supporting the partners in implementing effective medicine managementwithin the practice, identifying areas for improvement, and initiating andmanaging change.

Develop and manage a medicines managementplan and deliver patient services as determined by practice policy and localand national guidance.
Develop and manage the medicines managementteam, including delivery of training, in order to maximise cost-effectiveprescribing and improve the quality of patient care.

15. - Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT)

Qualifications

18. - Level 3 Pharmaceutical Technician/Science Qualification
