Job Title: Experienced Property Manager (HMO Specialist)
Location: Hull, UK
We are a leading specialist HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) agency based in Hull, and we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong property management experience, ideally with a background in HMO management, to help us continue providing exceptional service to our growing portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily management of a portfolio of HMOs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
2. Conduct property inspections, manage maintenance issues, and coordinate repairs to maintain high standards of living for tenants.
3. Manage tenant queries, resolve complaints, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
4. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to maintain smooth operations.
5. Ensure properties are compliant with health and safety standards, including fire regulations and licensing.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in property management, with a preference for HMO experience.
2. Strong knowledge of HMO regulations, landlord-tenant law, and property maintenance.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Full driving license and own transport required.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.
