Key Responsibilities:
1. Office management: Ensure smooth office daily operation, enhance office environment and deal with employees' requests/complaints.
2. Facilities management: Raise, arrange, follow up and resolve any issues with facilities teams and landlord.
3. Supplier management: Manage suppliers' service deliveries and performance appraisal.
4. Team management/collaboration: Receptionist management and regular communication with admin members to achieve shared objectives.
5. Real estate management: Deal with office leasing and small renovation project management.
6. Office assets management: Act as asset administrator to manage and oversee asset management quality.
7. EHS management: Oversee office environment and operation to meet EHS requirements throughout the whole office.
8. Procurement management: Raise purchase requests and ensure all items/services are delivered, accepted, invoiced, paid on time and comply with company rules.
9. Team Assistant: Organise events and meetings, coordinate with different business teams for shared business goals.
10. Other businesses: Handle ad hoc requests and urgent cases to support business teams in a timely manner.
Person Specification:
Required:
1. Great communication ability.
2. Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
3. Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture.
5. Hands-on and can-do attitude.
6. Well-organized and structured working style.
Desired:
