Temp to perm sales admin role
* £14.32 per hour
* Temp to perm opportunity
* Swindon-based
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
o Processing orders
o Verifying purchase orders
o Handling credit requests
o Managing return requests
o Creating quotations
o Addressing customer enquiries
o Coordinating with external suppliers
o Coordinating with external couriers
o Answering phone calls
o Experience in a customer-centric environment
o Experience in the building/roofing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
o Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills
o Work in an organised and systematic manner
o Strong attention to detail
o Proficient IT skills with ERP system experience (Note: Training on the company's ERP system (Navison) will be provided)
o Good numeracy and literacy skills
