Temporary Pool Lecturer – Culinary Arts (Professional Cookery)
£40,-£48, per annum pro rata
Up to Max 23 hours per week

The Department of Hospitality and Culinary Arts is currently looking for individuals to join our pool of Temporary Lecturers in our Professional Cookery section, who would contribute to delivery across the level of Culinary courses that we offer, including: SCQF level 3 to Level 7.
You must be qualified to SCQF Level 7 (HNC level) or an equivalent level of qualification in an appropriate field. Ideally, you will have experience in delivering and developing the Further Education curriculum and possession of a teaching qualification is desirable. Assessor and / or verifier units, would also be desirable.
The successful applicants may be required to deliver at any of the College’s main campuses, online and/or in private company training facilities.
Candidates must be highly motivated, organised and possess excellent communication and ICT skills. Candidates must also demonstrate initiative, team working skills and digital literacy.
