Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
Non Parity (Before 12 weeks of service):
* Basic rate: £10.88 per hour | Rotating shift (4 on 4 off): £12.95 per hour | Rotating days (4 on 4off): £11.92 per hour | Rotating nights (4 on 4off): £14.55 per hour | Overtime rate: £16.31 per hour | Bank Holiday: £23.54 per hour
Parity (After 12 weeks of service):
* Basic rate: £11.04 per hour | Rotating shift (4 on 4 off): £13.25 per hour | Rotating days (4 on 4off): £11.92 per hour | Rotating nights (4 on 4off): £14.85 per hour | Overtime rate: £16.61 per hour | Bank Holiday: £23.84 per hour
