Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Advisors team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in our Peterborough office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. You will be involved with clients and insurers while managing and developing a team of Client Advisors, ensuring the delivery of first-class service.
We will count on you to:
1. Understand the team dynamic through emotional intelligence.
2. Recognise and deploy resource distribution to achieve success and aid individual development.
3. Prepare, plan, conduct, and document regular performance management conversations with each individual in the team.
4. Conduct and document regular reviews of career goals and actions, coaching development using a PDP (Personal Development Plan) and Talent Mapping analysis.
5. Analyse business MI to identify trends and patterns for business opportunities and implement corrective actions, coaching for better results.
6. Provide clear direction and guidance to the team, leading by example and celebrating success.
What you need to have:
7. Cert CII qualified (or equivalent).
8. Proven experience of Account Handling with small to medium UK Accounts.
9. Dynamic with a drive to continually improve service to clients.
10. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues/challenges simultaneously.
What makes you stand out:
11. Previous Team Leader or Management experience preferred, or the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.
12. ACII (or equivalent) or working towards preferred.
