Responsibilities:
7. Create and present engaging and motivating computer science lessons for students.
8. Create a welcoming environment for learning where all students are inspired to achieve and feel important.
9. To accommodate the various demands of your pupils, differentiate your teaching and learning activities.
10. Evaluate the progress of the students and offer helpful criticism to help them grow.
11. Participate in the curriculum's development for computer science by adding interesting and pertinent materials.
12. Work together with colleagues to improve teaching and learning throughout the school by exchanging best practices.
13. Take part in school functions and extracurricular activities to enhance students educational experiences.
A successful candidate will need to have:
14. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
15. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
16. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
17. Must provide 2 professional references.
18. Eligibility to work in the UK.
19. Experience teaching computer science at the secondary school level is preferred.
20. Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Computer Science.
21. Strong behaviour management skills.
