Job Description
The Payroll & Finance Assistant role will initially be a 3-month temporary assignment and will be full-time office-based in Blackley. Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:
* Manage and process the payroll for all staff.
* Update employee salary, benefit, and personal details in the payroll system.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to senior staff and external bodies.
* Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
* Ensure all financial transactions are in accordance with financial regulations.
* Respond to payroll and finance-related queries from staff.
* Support with other finance tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply for the role you should:
* Have previous experience in running weekly/monthly payroll.
* Ideally have some finance/accounts experience.
* Be able to consider an immediate start temporary role.
* Be able to commute to Blackley office.
