Clarke Telecom is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Small Cell and Private Network project team. This role is central to managing stock, logistics, and other key coordination activities for a fast-evolving sector where market and technological growth is on the rise. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our team to ensure efficient project delivery and effective inventory management, with time spent between the Stakehill Warehouse and our Manchester Head Office.
In this role, you’ll oversee stock management, ensure timely processing of kit orders, and manage returns while maintaining accurate records across client systems. You’ll also coordinate with clients and suppliers to meet stock requirements, prepare inventory reports, and handle logistics to ensure on-time delivery and collection. Additionally, you will assist in tracking project documentation, compiling handover packs, and liaising with clients to resolve any logistical issues, discrepancies, or delays.
Your responsibilities will include tracking and auditing inventory, ensuring efficient stock storage, and supervising subcontractor stock holdings to optimise supply and reduce excess inventory. As part of the project team, you’ll assist Project Engineers and other team members with their project needs, making sure all client milestones are claimed and reported accurately. You will also support the Project Manager on additional tasks to maintain smooth project progression.
This role requires excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills, along with an ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to evolving processes.
Ideal candidates should have experience in the mobile telecommunications industry, familiarity with stock and supply chain management, and a solid grasp of relevant project management software.
