Business Development Manager

In this role, you'll be getting stuck into every aspect of the sales process - from identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to building strong, lasting client relationships. This isn't your typical desk job - we're after someone who can think on their feet and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the deal done!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute new business strategies to meet and exceed targets
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients across the UK
3. Present solutions to clients that reduce costs and add value
4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
What you need to bring:
1. Proven experience in a hands-on business development role, ideally in a high-growth environment
2. Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude
Package:
1. £60-70k basic wage
2. Excellent commission structure on top of basic
3. Company car or car allowance
