A Care Home Clinical Lead uses compassion and experience to deliver clinical care to high standards, implementing safeguarding policies, creating care plans, and making critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include coaching, training, and mentoring the team, and staying up-to-date with the latest clinical developments.

A successful Care Home Clinical Lead will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification, and experience in gerontology. They will also have a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
