Description:
This opportunity is with a leading Kent based IT MSP which is circa 80 people strong. The organisation owns its own data centres, with other infrastructure to help deliver high quality and cost efficient solutions.
The role is to be a Key Account Manager (to look after 20 of the company's largest customers around London and the South of England - several hundred to several thousand user customers, mix of financial services, insurance, etc).
The role is to work alongside a Service Account Manager (who does all of the reporting, etc for you) to manage client relationships, retain accounts, help roadmap future IT spend, look for white space within accounts, and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
The basic salary is circa £70,000 plus uncapped commission with a £120k OTE. Tech sold includes Microsoft Azure, 365, managed services, support, AI, data centre, projects/processional services, etc.
It is a home-based and client facing role, with the need to only visit the Kent offices once a fortnight/month.
