Our client is a successful and well-established manufacturer. They have an urgent requirement for an experienced Administrator with Customer Service / Coordination experience to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. It is not certain that the job will become permanent at this stage.
Salary: £12.00 per hour.
Hours of work: 8.30am - 5.00pm (38.33 hours a week)

2. You are an experienced Administrator / Customer Service Administrator, and a quick learner.
3. You are happy to work on your own, in a fast-paced job, in a busy service centre.
4. You are IT literate with Microsoft Office experience (Word and Excel), and are able to pick up in-house systems quickly.
5. You drive and have your own transport.
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving service and call-out bookings for Service Engineers, via telephone and other sources.
2. Checking Engineers availability, and assigning jobs to them.
3. Coordinating the booking, liaising between the Engineers and the business customers.
4. Sorting holiday approvals.
5. Updating systems accurately.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar job, such as Hire Administrator, Maintenance Co-ordinator, Helpdesk Agent, Transport Coordinator, Customer Support Advisor, Logistics Coordinator, Stock Administrator, Parts Adviser, Production Administrator, or similar roles.
