We are recruiting for Graduate Talent Specialists for a 12-month temporary contract. We work flexibly in-line with our Flexible First working arrangements believing that empowered colleagues are happier and more productive. The successful candidate(s) must be flexible and may be required to travel to our Windsor office to run Assessment Centres.
The role will deliver and enhance how we attract, assess, onboard and develop the very best of early careers talent into our Graduate, Summer Internship & Year In-Industry Programmes.
Engaging our future talent through our Emerging Talent strategy; this has evolved over time ensuring a strong foundation is in place. Initially, the Early Careers Talent Specialist will be responsible for delivering against the strategy and business demands whilst also introducing the required level of process and structure around the programmes and streams that we offer.
The role:
1. Deliver against the Early Careers recruitment demand including running campaigns and co-ordinating assessment centres
2. Leverage our EVP, ensuring messages are appropriately tailored for Early Careers recruitment
3. Review current assessment and attraction tools to ensure we are market competitive and able to source the best diverse talent
4. Work with senior business leaders and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) as well as current and former graduates to improve our offering against all attraction, assessment, onboarding and development stages
5. Ensure Workday functionality is fully utilised
6. Work with the Central Early Careers team to streamline, standardise and embed best practice
7. Seek ideas and ways in which we can enhance the graduates experience, supporting event planning and obtaining measurable feedback
8. Suggest workflow improvements to reduce administration, best use of CoEs and Shared Service teams to create efficiencies
9. Consider extra-curricular activities like graduate volunteering, attraction activity's utilising graduates e.g. university events / careers fairs
10. Work with the business to ensure and identify future talent pipelines, ensuring the scheme meets the needs of our future people strategy, capabilities and growth agenda.
To succeed, you must be able to demonstrate:
11. Experience of Early Careers recruitment and talent management - especially for graduates
12. Embrace diversity & actively seek to attract individuals with unique backgrounds and perspectives
13. Good knowledge of the early careers market including experience of running end-end graduate programmes
14. Understanding of early careers assessment and inclusive hiring
15. Ability to identify and embed process improvements
16. Exceptional stakeholder management
17. Data lead with experience of reporting and providing meaningful insight to help support future hiring decisions
18. Experience of using Workday would be great
