Guide Security is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Control Room Operator. The role is to respond, review and monitor our security systems for our clientele. Within our experienced team we are looking for the right candidates to now join our growing company and add to our professional control room team that monitor various sites nationwide using event driven platforms.
The operation is based and operated from our remote control room located in Blackburn, Lancashire and also offers progression for the right candidate upon future assessments. The position offers a competitive salary, and overtime available if wanted.
Responsibilities:
* The position is permanent position working 4 on 4 off.
* Managing controlled access via Video Management platform (IMMIX)
* Monitor electronic alarm signals.
* Provide a highly professional standard of customer care within the telephone service we provide to our clients in line with the security protocols required.
* Provide reports in a timely and professional manner.
* Liaise with the emergency services where applicable in a timely fashion.
Skills:
* GCSE in Maths and English
* UK Driving licence.
* Must be 18 year of age or older due to nature of role
* SIA CCTV License (Level 2 in CCTV Operations - PSS)
* Worked with IMMIX platform.
* Proven experience in a control room environment
