Passionate about media? Do you want to be crafting innovative media plans for some of the UK's biggest FMCG dairy brands? Arla UK's in-house media team is growing, and we're looking for a Strategic Planning Coordinator to join us in achieving our future goals!
About the Role:
Become part of a dynamic team with a wealth of media experience. We work with industry giants like Amazon, Spotify, Netflix, Meta, and TikTok (just to name a few!). Reporting to the Strategic Media Lead, you'll develop media plans and campaign solutions for our beloved household brands. Working directly with Brand Managers in our "in-house agency" setup, you'll be the media guru, translating brand goals into impactful activations.
This role requires a good understanding of digital channels, as well as knowledge of the entire media spectrum. You'll collaborate with key internal/external partners and manage stakeholders to bring your plans to life!
About you:
A media maestro with a keen eye for the ever-evolving media landscape. You understand how different channels work collectively and impact consumer journeys.
1. Agency or brand experience with FMCG clients is a plus, but a passion for media is essential!
2. A natural communicator with stakeholder management experience.
3. Organisation and deadline delivery will be part of your natural day to day.
4. Adept at presenting in an engaging and clear way.
Beneficial but not essential:
5. Broader media channel knowledge e.g. TV, SVOD, OOH, digital audio, shopper marketing.
6. Understanding of MMM and econometrics.
7. FMCG marketing experience.
8. Omnichannel planning and delivery.
9. Attention metric understanding.
10. Brand lift and brand study experience and understanding.
